For activities which will also be successful
in future we need motivated and highly-qualified employees
showing initiative and willing to take on responsibility.
Therefore a coorperative
management style is maintained and thereby an atmosphere is
created which supports creativity and performance, mutual
respect and helpfulness, contentment and personal development.
The employee suggestion system, the company restaurant, the CHT
choir and various sport groups such as table tennis and ski club
which are partly financially supported be CHT are helpful and
express this spirit.
CHT feels an obligation to its employees.
Also for this reason, the transfer of production took place in
1997 from Tubingen
to Dublingen
and not to one of the CHT foreign subsidiaries.
The social responsibility of CHT does not end
at the company gate. Already in 1983, the founder of the
company, Reinhold
Beitlich, has set up a
social foundation.
The purpose of the foundation is e.g. to support children and
young persons in the fields of education, culture and medical
care as well as promotion of research and science in the
chemical field. |
