Flocking Adhesives |
During
flocking, short textile fibres
are applied electrostatically
to a substrate with previously applied adhesive. for this
reason, textile surfaces can be produced cheaply on every base,
varying from velvetlike, soft to brush like or rough depending
on the flock type flocked substrates or found worldwide and are
used in the textile industry (upholstery fabrics),in the car
industry(glove compartments), in the building and construction
industry(wall-coverings), in the furniture industry(cutlery
drawers, speakers), in the cosmetic as well as packaging, toy,
shoe and leather industry or in decorating or advertising
articles. our assortment includes dispersion adhesive as well as
adhesives containing solvents or solvent free. the substitution
of solvent adhesives by equivalent water based ones has
priority.

Transfer systems |
With this technique the desired printing
effects are first produced on a transfer sheet, then ironed on
the final substrate. it is a special advantage that the prepared
transfers can be stored for a long time and if necessary they
can be applied quickly and simply to the substrate desired. our
assortment includes products for producing flock, metal foils
and printing transfers. As in screen printing, we work with
systems containing no PVC.
