TUBIFIX ML 50
Fully etherized N-methoxymethy melamine
Crosslinking agent with a low formaldehyde content for improving the fastness levels of pigment prints on all for
improving the fastness levels of pigment prints on all kinds of fibres. TUBIFIX ML 50 is water-insoluble and can thus be
well eliminated in waste water. The highly reactive fixing agent should only be added to the print pastes just before
printing.
In the acid pH range and with higher temeratures a premature crosslinking occurs which becomes apparent in the
increased viscosity.

TUBIFIX P 150
Polyisocyanate
Formaldhyde-free crosslinking agent for improving the fastness levels of pigment prints on all kinds of fibres.
TUBIFIX P 150 is water-miscible. This highly reactive fixing agent must only be added to the print paster just before
printing. Print pastes containingTUBIFIX P 150 must be printed within 8h since crosslinking starts at room temperature.

TUBIGAT A 60
Alkylaryl ethoxylate
Emulsifier which improves the running properties for pigment printing. Suitable for print pastes free from white spirit and
those containing it. Stabilixes the whole print paste system and reduces the risk of blocking and preliminary drying-in of
the printing screens. TUBIGAT A 60 is APEO-free.

Acrylic acid solution
Rheological additive which improves the surface print, colour depth and sharpness of outline, particularly on synthetic
fibres. TUBIGAT R 130 does not decrease the fastness levels.

Permanent adhesive with high adhesive power for textile printing blankets or lint screens. Impurities can be easily

Ready for use printing blanket adhesive for all kinds of fibres and fabrics. Very high wet adhesiveness. Can be
completely washed off from the printing blanket with water. The desired and required adhesive viscosity may be
adjusted by diluting the product with water. The addition of alcohol increases the initial adhesive power, thus
accelerating the fixation of the substrate on the printing blanket. Strong alkalis may coagulate TUBIGUM KM liq. and rener
its removal more difficult(pay attention with highly penetrating, alkaline print pastes).

Special polyvinyl alcohol(powder)
Water-soluble adhesive for textile printing with high adhesive power for all kinds of fibres and fabrics. Very high wet
adhesiveneess. Can be easily and completely washed off from the printing blanket with water. The addition of alcohol to
the adhesive stocks imcreases the initial adhesive power, thus accelerating fixation of the substrate on the printing
blanket.
Strong alkalis may coagulate TUBIGUM RPA 130 and rener its removal more difficult(attention with highly penetrating
alkaline print pastes).

Good compatibility with alkalis and burn-out pastes. Easy to wash off from the printing blanet. The addition of alcohol to
the adhesive stocks increases the initial adhesive power, thus accelerating the fixation of the substrate on the printing
blanket.

position. Can also be printed multicolour wet-on-wet. The pigment stock pastes ought to be blended to prevent
deposits on subsequent screens.
