TUBOBLANC HA(a liq)

Stilbene derivate
Highly affinitive brightener with neutral to slihtly bluish whits shade for cellulose, wool, polyamide and silk fibres.
TUBOBLANC HA is mainly applied in the exhaust procedure.
It has a good stability towards peroxide and reduction agents and can therefore be used for these bleaching procedures.
Cellulose fibres:0.3-1.0% in the exhaust proceedure
Polyamide, wool, silk:0.5-2.0% in the exhaust procedure

TUBOBLANC HA-PD(a pow)

Stilbene derivate
Oprical brightener with high affingity and neutral to blue tinged white shades for cellulose, wool, polyamide and silk fibres.
TUBOBLANC HA-PD has good stabilities towards peroxide and reduction agents. Due to its affinity behaviour and concentrated adjustment, this product is recommended for discontinuous long liquor processes.
Cellulose fibres:0.05-0.2%
Poluamide, wool, silk:0.1-0.4%

TUBOBLANC 2B Cone(a pow)

Stilbene derivate
TUBOBLANC 2B Conc is a medium affinitty brightener with a brilliant, blue tinged white shade for cellulose and polyamide fibres. It can be applied in continuous as well as discontinuous processes. Due to the medium strikng rate, we recommend the addition of salt when brightening cotton fibres in the exhaust method.
Cellulose fibres, continuous method:0.5-4g/l
Cellulose fibres, continuous method:0.1-0.5%
Polyamide fibres, discontinuous method:0.3-1.5%

TUBOBLANC MA(a liq)

Stilbebne derivate
Universal brightening agen for cellulose and polyamide fibres, wool and natural silk. Because of the medium to high affinity of TUBOBLANC MA, it is applied in long liquors and imparts anutral to red tinged white to the fibre. Depending on the fibre type, brightening can also be done in the peroxide or reduction agent bleach.
Cellulose fibres:0.3-1% in the exhaust procedure
Polyamide, wool, silk:0.5-2% in the exhaust procedure

TUBOBLANC PE-R(n liq)

Styrlbenxene derivate
Optical brightener for polyerster fibres.
TUBOBLANC PE-R will give a brilliant reddish white shade.
It is suitable for white shades in the exhaust method, the temperature can be chosen between 98กษ and 130กษ. When working at boiling temperatures, a dyeing accelerator such as SARAPOL 349 U must be used. The white effect can be increased by a subsequent fixation. Fication temperatures between 180 and 210กษ of TUBOBLANC PE-R will give brillinat brightening effects.

Exhaust procedure:0.1-0.5% TUBOBLANC PE-R
Thermosol procedure:1.0-10.0g/l TUBOBLANC PE-R

TUBOBLANC RUB(a liq)

Optical brightener for cellulose fibres
TUBOBLANC RUB is a low to medium affinity brightener with red-violer, very brilliant white shades. Because of its affinity we recommend to add salt for complete bath exhaustion if it is used in discontinuous procedures(bleach with peroxide/reducing agents). TUBOBLANC RUB can also be used for finishing/resin finishing. The pH-value of the liquors should be above pH3.5. When using nitrate catalysts, afterwashing is necessary because nitrate remainders will impair the light fastness.
Application quantities:0.2-0.8% TUBOBLANC RUB

TUBOTEX NCD(a pow)

Synergeric mixture of inorganic alkali salts with surfactants.
Alkali donor, buffer and stabilizing agent for discontinuous peroxide bleaching. TUBOTEX NCD contains all auxiliary additions that are normally used for hydrogen peroxide bleaching. Thus the amount of required and stored bleaching chemicals can be reduced.
Application amounts:
Winch beck(LR 1:15-1:20):2.0-4.0g/l
Jet              (LR 1: 6-1:10):3.0-4.0g/l
Jigger         (LR 1: 3-1:  5):3.0-8.0g/l

VISCAVIN CA Spec.(a pas)

Modified phosphoric acid ester
Peroxide stabilizer and special product for single-bath bleaching and dyeing with substantive dyestuffs and for discontinuous rapid bleach processes.
VISCAVIN CA Spec. is a levelling, disperse and dye penetration agent out a single-bath bleach, to remove seed husks, to dye and finish cotton or cotton blended fabrics in a single operation.
By applying VISCAVIN CA Spec. in dicontinuous peroxide bleach processes it is possible to obtain a very good bleach effect with an excellent absorbency withour silicate of soda even on fabtics containing lots of husks.
