TUBINGAL SME(c/c liq)

Microemulsion for all functional polysiloxanes
TUBINGAL SME is a handle-modifying agent for all textile substrates. By appluing TUBINGAL SME an especially soft and flowing handle is obtained with a high inner smoothness.
TUBINGAL SME is preferably applied in the pad mangle process.

TUBINGAL UGS(c liq)

Silicone elastomer compound for semi-permanent supersoft finishing of textiles. Besides the outstanding soft handle level, the product supports the elasticity and elastic force mainly of knitted fabrics and optimizes sewability in the garment indu-stry. Self-smoothening as well as crease and pile recovery of woven and pile fabric are positively influenced. TUBINGAL UGS is applied in the padding mangle and exhaust method, preferably on softflow types.
The weak cationic charcater of the product guarantees a good bath exhaustion. TUBINGAL UGS is non-yellowing to a large extent under usual drying and curing temperatures.

TUBINGAL VSJ(psc liq)

Low-foaming textile sofrener stable to shearing forces, preferably used for jet application. TUBINGAL VSJ is a very finely dispersed emulsified preparation of fatty acid condensates and smoothening agents. This makes the big difference to commonly produced emulsions. The soft handle is smoother and the fabric surface less fatty and greasy. The natural character of the textile is maintained. TUBINGAL VSJ imparts an optimum sewability to knitted goods. Due to the good yellowing resistency, the product can be applied universally in a range between 130 and 140¡É on white and coloured fabrics.

TUBINGAL WES(n liq)

Fatty acid condensation product with aminofunctional polysiloxane
TUBINGAL WES is a multifunctional softener for all textile substrates. It can be applied on woven and knitwear of cellulose fibres, on pure woollen cloth, polyamide articles for bathing suits, sportswear, corduroy, micro fibre textiles etc.
The product gives an excellent soft handle together with a high resiliency, a good decreasing behaciour and a very good sewability. The product is sensitive to alkali.

TUBOBLANC BL(a liq)

TUBOBLANC BL is a whitening agent with a low affinity towards the cellulose fibre and a high affinity towards the polyamide fibre, wool and natural silk which gives a neutral to slightly reddish white shade. A special advantage is the high fastness to light which can be obtained with TUBOBLANC BL on polymide fibres. Besides, TUBOBLANC BL is stable to acids up to pH 1 and can be applied in strongly acid resin finishing liquors. However, TUBOBLANC BL is sensitive to hardness. It is not possible to apply magnesium catalysts. In case of bleaching liquors containing electrolytes it is necessary to carry out preliminary trials.
Cellulose fibres:0.5-3.0g/l in pad mangle process
Polyamide, wool, silk:0.5-1.5% in the exhaust process
2.0-20.0g/l in the pad mangle process

TUBOBLANC COL(a pow)

Stilbene derivate
TUBOBLANC COL is a high affinity brightener for cellulose, polyamide, wool and silk and gives a very brilliant white shading through the addition of dyestuff. TUBOBLANC COL shows good stabilities towards peroxide and in refuctive bleaching.
Cellulose fibres: 0.2-0.6%
Polyamide, wool, silk:0.3-1.0%

TUBOBLANC CRL(a liq)

Oprical brightener for cotton and polyamide
TUBOBLANC CRL is an optical brightener which has a medium affinity to cellulose fibres and a high affinity to polyamide fibres and gives a reddish white shade. A special merit of TUBOBLANC CRL is its stability in chlorite blecahing liquors and its high light fastness on cotton and polyamide fibres.
Application quantities:
Cotton: 0.2-1.0% TUBOBLANC CRL
Polyamide:0.5-2.0% TUBOBLANC CRL

TUBOBLANC DIK(a liq)

Optical brightener for cellulose fibres
TUBOBLANC DIK is a low-affinitive type of brightener with a faint blue tinge to neutral white shade. The exhaust behavior very much depends on the electrolytic character, I.e.the substantivity can be increased by adding salt in long liquor.
Optical brighteners are very sensitive to heavy metal ions so that small amounts of heavy metal ions will already have a negative influence on the fluorescence yield. This problem can be avoided by adding a sequestering agent, e.g. HEPTOL ESW. TUBOBLANC DIK is preferably used for continuous pretreatment. TUBOBLANC DIK also gives good brightening effects in discontinuos treatments, but the addition of salt to increase the substantivity is of advatage.

TUBOBLANC EBF(n liq)

Benzoxazol derivate
Optical brightener for PES, acetate and triacetate fibres as well as for optical brightening of the mentioned synthese fibres and their mixtures with natural fibres. TUBOBLANC EBF gives abrilliant white with bluish tinge. It has excellent light fastness, washfastness, fastness to perspiration and to dry fixing. The light fastness is between 7 and 8.
Due to its stability towards hypochlorite, chlorite, peroxide and reducing agents, TUBOBLANC EBF can be applied for all bleaching processes.
