TUBINGAL KRE(c liq)

Fatty acid condensation product
TUBINGAL KRE is a cationic standard softener for all kinds of fibres. It is possible to obtani excellent thandle effects with TUBINGAL KRE, especially on cotton, PES, PA and PAN.
On PAN fibres TUBINGAL KRE can be directly applied in the dyeigng bath as softening agent and crease prevention agent.
When dyeing PA carpets the handle of the carpet will be smooth at the surface and slihtly silky if TUBINGAL KRE is added. Due to its high affinity to the fibre the product is preferably applied in the exhaust method.

TUBINGAL KWN(c pas)

Fatty acid condensation product
TUBINGAL KWN is used as softener and antistatic agent.
especially on synthetic material. The product has proven to be successtul in practice as raising lubticant for PAN. TUBINGAL KWN is used for subsequent softening according to the exhaust and padding method.

TUBINGAL LM(c liq)

Silicone-conaining fatty acid condensation product with lubricants
TUBINGAL LM is a low-foaming, cationic special softener for knit fabric of OE-yam. The product is appropriate for application on jet dyeing machines. TUBINGAL LM gives a soft, smooth surface handle and has a positive influence on raising and emery grinding effects. TUBINGAL LM improves the sewability. TUBINGAL LM is a substantive product and is used espaying on WEKO-rotor dampin systems.

TUBINGAL MIC(n/c liq)

Aminosiloxane, microemulsified
Microemulsion for soft handle finishing of all textile fibres in the padding mangle and exhaust method(winch beck, overflow). The optimum penetration of active components makes TUBINGAL MIC highly suitable for finishing articles made of rotor spinning yarns(OE yams). Owing to its low tendency to tum yellow, the product is used for white as well as coloured fabrics.

TUBINGAL NPJ(n liq)

Wax emulsion with fatty acid condensation products
Special softener for woven and knitted fabric to improve the sewability. On Co-yarn TUBINGAL NPJ reduces the gliding friction and winding processes. The product is suitable for white and coloured fabric.

TUBINGAL NRW(d liq)

Fatty acid condensation product with amphoteric properties.
TUBINGAL NRW can be used on all kinds of fibres and is especially suitable for white and pigment printed fabric.
The rewettability is not impaired when using TUBINGAL LRW.
Due to its anti-electrostatic effect the product has a positive influence on raising and emery grinding on cotton and its mixtures with syntetics. TUBINGAL NRW has excellent physiological properties and can be used on bandage material of all kinds. TUBINGAL NRW is excellently biodegradable.

TUBINGAL NSV(n liq)

Fatty acid condensation product with additions of various waxes
Non-ionic sewability agent.
TUBINGAL NSV imparts and smooth handle effects as well as excellent sewability properties to knitted and woven fabrics.
The product is stable to sublimation and non-yellowing. It is mainly applied in the padding mangle procedure due to its non-ionic character. The product contains a non-volatile organic acid to optimize the fabric pH-values according to Öko-Tex -Standard 100.

TUBINGAL RWM(c liq)

Tectile softener without silicone for exhaust and padding mangle application. TUBINGAL RWM is a weakly cationic formulation based on fatty acid condensates and smoothening agents. The product is stable to jets, is low-foaming and resistant to yellowing to a large extent. It imparts the fabric a pleasant, cool, smooth soft handle without hardly impairing the rewettability and also optimizes the sewability.

TUBINGAL S 23(psc liq)

TUBINGAL S 23 is a silicone-free, universally applicable standard softener for knitted and woven fabric. The product is low-foaming, stable on jet and non yellowing.
TUBINGAL S 23 improves sewability of knitted fabric on cotton.

TUBINGAL SKI(psc liq)

Silicone containing fatty acid condensation product with special additives
TUBINGAL SKI is a pseudo-cationic, multi-functional softener.
The product is low-foaming, gives a special soft handle, a smooth surface and an optimum seewability. Due to these properties TUBINGAL SKI is used mainly in tricot finishing.
The product can be sprayed and used on WEKO-rotor damping systems.
