Mineral oil defoaming agent with silicate
TUBICOAT ANTIFOAM N is a highly effective defoaming agent for all coating recipes and synthetic dispersions. Only low
application quantities of this product are necessary to inhibit the formation of foam and it is also very compatible with
other common auxiliaries.

Melamine resin
Due to the fact theat TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT contains several reactive groups, it is excellently suitable to increase
the degree of crodd-linking and consequently a higher fastness level of mostly all synthec dispersions. The
formaldehyde content of recipes containing TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT inereases somewhat.
TUBICOAT-S peecial Binder for Coatings
Special binder based on polyacrylates, polyurethanes, butadienes, vinyl acetates as well as various copolymerisates.
The choice of binder depends on the requirements of the final article. The dispersions can be easily combind with each

TUBIGUARD 27(c liq)
Fluorocarbon resin
TUBIGUARD 27 is outstanding for premanent water repellent/oil repellent treatment of cellulose fibres, wool as well as
fibre mixtures where these fibres are the majority. Excellent results can be achieved on mostly all synthetic and glass
fibres as well.
TUBIGUARD 44 N(n liq)
Non-ionic fluorocarbon resin dispersion for water and oil repellent finish of all kinds of thetiles. Most common application method is paddin mangle, but by adding suitable auxiliaries it can also be foamed and in this way applied with good ecological and economical properties. The application quantity depends on the required permanency and the desited effect.
TUBIGUARD 66(c liq)
Florocarbon resin for watr and oil repellent finish of all kinds of tectiles. Fixation temperatures can be decreased to a
latge extent when combining with TUBICOAT FIX ICB Conc.
Foamability with suitable auciliaties is possible.
TUBINGAL 220(n liq)
Fatty acid condensation product
TUBINGAL 220 is a non-ionic, universally applicable softener for all kinds of fibres. TUBINGAL 220 stands out for its
excellent thermic stability, low volatility to temperature as well as optimum compatibility with brightening agents. When
applied on whire goods TUBINGAL 220 does not yellow. It is possible to combine it with reactive cross-linking systems
for shringk-proof and crease-proof finish. TUBINGAL 220 can be applied in the padding and exhaust method.
TUBINGAL ASW(psc liq)
Weakly cationic silicone compound for hydrophilic finishes of textile goods. The product stands out for its above
average soft surface handle and outstanding degree of whiteness. The good antistatic capacity of this product is of
special advantage when used on synthetic fibres. TUBINGAL ASW can be used in the exhaust and padding mangle
procedure. Preferable application fields are terry cloth fabrics, functional knitwear and PA stockings.

TUBINGAL HIS(c liq)
Fatty acid condensation product
Hydrophilic, low-foaming softener for all types of fibres. Soft, voluminous handle and even fabric surface especially on
plush articles. The excellent exhaust behaviour in neutral pH ranges is worth mentioning.
Application quantities:2-4% TUBINGAL HIS
TUBINGAL HSB(c liq)
Fatty acid condensation product with functional polysioxane and addition of special gliding agents
TUBINGAL HSB is a hydrophili, faintly cationic softene which is mainly applied on terry cloth. The product is low-foaming,
stable on jet and can be applied on WEKO. The rewettability of the fabric is not impaired by TUBINGAL HSB. If applied on
white goods the drying temperature should not exceed 130กษ. The product is sensitive to alkali.
Exhaust method:2-4% TUBINGAL HSB
pH5.5, 20 min. at 40กษ
Pad mangle: 20-40g/l TUBINGAL HSB
with regard to a liquor pick-up of 80%
TUBINGAL HSI(n/c liq)
Microemulsion of selected, organomodified polydimenthyl siloxanes, weakly cationic. The product stands out for its
excellent soft handle, whereas the absorbency of the fabric remains unchanged. TUBINGAL HSI can be universally
applied and used for white as well as coloured fabric due to its low tendency of yellowing. TUBINGAL HSI can be easily
stripped and redyed which can be of great advantage when faulty batches need to be redyed. Preferable application
fields are celluloses articles and mixtures with synthetics.

TUBINGAL KND NEW(c liq)
Hydrophilic, weakly cationic terry cloth softener based on fatty acid condensation products and special smoothening
agents, free of silicone. TUBINGAL KND NEW is universally applicable and supports the pile resiliency in combination
with tumble processes. In this way, the product imparts a pleasant, soft, voluminous handle. The fabric stay hydrophilic
even after higher drying temperatures.
