TUBICOAT JM 31 CONC.(a pas)

Combination of syntheic dispersions and special filling agents TUBICOAT JM 31 CONC is a highly concentrated compound for the production of black-out blinds. It is dilted with water and thickened with a suitable thickening agent, for examlpe TUBICOAT HEC.
TUBICOAT JM 31 CONC has ecellent runing properties on all suitable machines for paste coating.

TUBICOAT MP(a p pas)

Aqueous, solvent-free synthetic dispersion based on polyurethane
TUBICOAT MP is a ready-made special compound for producing breathable textiles. A cross-linking agent such as TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT shall only be added to the compound if the washing and dry-cleaning permanenies are to be improved. Coatings with TUBICOAT MP are carried out by foam application. By choosing the right initial fabric for coating, very soft effects with high water vapour permeability and high water pressure resistancy can be achieved.

TUBICOAT PERL VC CONC(a pas)

Compound for producing stiff pearlescent look on drop wires and window blinds, can be dyed with pigment dyestuffs, pleatable. Application with knife or screen systems.

TUBICOAT PU 80(a liq)

Polyurethane dispersion
TUBICOAT PU 80 forms a soft, slightly tacky, crystal-clear film with high elasticity.
TUBICOAT PU 80 is mainly applied in the field of coating and finishing of textiles.
Very interesting effects can be achieved by taking advantage of the coagulation ability of TUBICOAT PU 80 with electrolutes.

TUBICOAT PUB(a p pas)

Foamable compound for producing flame retardant stable foam coatings for very soft and non-sticky black out or light out systems, suitble for all knife systems that allow for a defined pick-up and layer thickness. Foam litre weight is 200g/l. Articles stable to washing and dry cleaning can be achieved by adding crosslinking agents. Application quantities are normally between 150 and 180g/sqm dy weight.

TUBICOAT PUS(a liq)

Polyurethane dispersion
TUBICOAT PUS forms s soft, non-tacky and highly elastic film.
Its application field ranges from outerwear, suitcases, bags to fashionable shoe material.
TUBICOAT PUS is not capable of coagulation.

TUBICOAT SHM(a liq)

Ammonium stearate
TUBICOAT SHM is applied when a high stability of the applied foams is required.
10-50g/lЦ are normally enough to get the desired foam stability.

TUBICOAT SI 55(slightly c liq)

Special silicone elastomer which can also be used for handle-giving reimpregnation of fine coatings. The coatings are imparted with a smooth, soft and "silicone-like" handle stable to washing.

TUBICOAT SIF(n liq)

Emulsion of a reactive, organofunctional silicone TUBICOAT SIF is a reactive silicone compound which is applied together with fluorcarbon resins. The water/oil repellency effect is not impaired contrary to other silicone compounds.
TUBICOAT SIF provides a pleasant, soft handle.

TUBICOAT STABILIZING AGENT RP(a p pas)

Special stabilizing agent when stable foam coatings must be dyed with pogment dyestuffs

TUBICOAT SR 1000(c liq)

Fluorocarbon resin with special silicone compounds
TUBICOAT SR 1000 is a compound for soil-release finishing of carpets, upholstery fabrics and textile wall coverings.
TUBICOAT SR 1000 has well-balanced properties with regard to water, oil, soil and dry soil repellency.

TUBICOAT STC 25(a p pas)

Ready-to-use compound based on a special latex
The addition of a cross-linking agent such as TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT is only necessary to improve the washing and dry-cleaning permanencies. Pigment dyestuffs can be added as well.
TUBICOAT STC 25 is mainly applied in the clothing sector. The resulting handle effects are normally called "rubber handle" or "rubber touch". Coatings with TUBICOAT STC 25 are carried out by foam application. By choosing the right initial fabric for coating, very soft effects with high water vapour permeability and high water pressure resistancy can be achieved.

TUBICOAT STC 100-TUBICOAT STC 150(a p pas)

Ready-to-use compound based on different synthetic dispersions. The addition of a cross-linking agent such as TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT is only necessary to improve the washing and dry-cleaning permanencies.
Our TUBICOAT STC products are processed by foam application. Highly transparent coatings or distinct synthetic characters(require high application quantities) are achieved providing the right basic material and right process run are chosen.

TUBICOAT VA 60(n viscous)

Polyvinyl acetate dispersion
TUBICOAT VA 60 forms a hard, brittle film.
TUBICOAT VA 60 is very good for stiffening textiles and as hard mixing component with e.g. acrylate dispersions.

TUBICOAT THICKENER LP(a p pas)

Synthetic thickening agent for aqueous coating pastes
Coating effects with distinct surface character are achieved.
An easy to use product because it is a pre-neutralized polyacruylic acid.

TUBICOAT WHITE FX(slightly c pas)

Highly white, concentrated titanium dioxide suspension as addition for coating pastes and compounds. Easy to use for formulations that need to be foamed or used as stable foam.
