SUBITOL SB(a liq)

Sulphonated succinic acid ester
Rapid wetting agent. Even low concentrations of SUBITOL SB have a very high wetting and penetration power which cannot be compared with other surface active substances. Main application fields are all continuous working processes including enzymatic desizing.

TUBACRYL RI(c liq)

Quaternary ammonium compound
Levelling agent for basic dyestuffs when dyeing PAN.
TUBACRYL RI is a cationic retarding agent with blocking effect and a K-value of 1.5. The product is especially suited if basic dyestuffs are in the K-range 1-3.5.

Quaternary ammonium compound
Levelling and migration agent for basic dyestuffs when dyeing polyacrylonitrile fibres. TUBACRYL RV is a non-blocking levelling auxiliary with affinity to the dyestuff when dyeing PAN.

TUBICOAT AOS is a very efficient foaming auxiliary. It stands out for the fine pores of the produced foam. TUBICOAT AOS can be combined with almost all auxiliaries in question.

TUBICOAT ASD(a liq)

Polymer acrylic acid dispersion
TUBICOAT ASD possesses a high thickeening power with a distinctly pseudo-plastic flow. Due to the low viscosity of TUBICOAT ASD, it can be easily worked into thickening recipes without forming lumps or gel. Its highest thickening power is reached at pH-values above 8.

TUBICOAT BIOZID MA(n p pas)

Preserving agent mainly to protect finished fibres and coatings from being affected by mould fungus. The product is free from heavy metals and contains no halogenated phenols.
TUBICOAT BIOZID MA imparts good weather and watering stabilities.

TUBICOAT BIOZID 38(n p pas)

Preserving agent for coating pastes and cellulose fibres based on an organic zinc compound. It protects cellulose finres, their mixtures and coating pastes against earth bacteria and many fungus phylums. Low volatiliy at high temperatures.

TUBICOAT B Series

Aqueous, thermally self-crosslinking dispersions based on butadiene or butadiene acrylonitrile with various degrees of hardness, flexibilities and solid contents. Application field ranges from colour coation(wash-out effect) and coating stable to solvents up to nep anchorage of pile fabrics.
TUBICOAT products are thickened with common thickening agents: TUBICOAT THICKENER LP, TUBICOAT ASD or TUBICOAT HEC.

TUBICOAT BO New(a p pas)

Mixture of extender, acrylic acid ester copolymerisates and foaming auxiliaries
TUBICOAT BO New is a compound for producing black-out articles. It has an excellent foamability, foaming stability and very good adhesion properties, also on synthetic fibres.
By adding cross-linking agents like TUBICOAT FIXING AGENT HT, very good washing and cleaning permanency is achieved.
TUBICOAT BO New has a very soft handle and is therefore also suitable for furnishing articles. For hard handle such as for blinds, an after-hardening step at the padding mangle with e.g.
TUBICOAT VA 60 is necessary.

Modified lauryl sulphate
TUBICOAT ELS is a highly efficient foaming auxiliary. The fine pores of the produced foams are worth mentioning. Moreover, TUBICOAT ELS can be combined with almost all auxiliaries in question.

TUBICOAT FLXING AGENT ICB CONC(n p pas)

Polyfunctional special crosslinking agent, free of formaldehyde, which distinctly improves the washfastness of tectiles finished with fluorocarbon resin. Fixation temperatures can be reduced to a large extent whe used on polyuretheane coationgs etc.

TUBICOAT GBO(a p pas)

Foamable compound for producing flame retardant stable foam coatings for flame retardant black out(3 coatings) or light out systems (2 coatings). Foam litre weight is around 200g/l, suitable for all knife systems that allow for a defined pick-up and layer thickness. DIN 4102 B1/B2 can be achieved on suitable basic fabric and with sufficient application quantities.

TUBICOAT HEC is applied everywher in th coation field where thickenig agents on acrylic acid basis cannot be used.
TUBICOAT HEC hasa very high thickenig capacity and very good rheological properties.

TUBICOAT HP 50 Z(n liq)

Zirconic paraffin emulsion
TUBICOAT HP 50 Z is applied for the water-repellent finish of all textile fibres effected in one bath and gives a certain soft, smooth handle. The finishs are neither stable to washing nor dry-cleaning.

TUBICOAT HPE CONC.(c liq)

Modified melamine resin
TUBICOAT HPE CONC. is a water proofing auxiliary for textiles made of cellulosic fibres and has a distinct softening effect.
Within the field of fluorocarbon resin finishing, it has very good extending properties, I.e. the application amount of fluorocarbon resins can be reduced to a large extent.
