Special dispersing agent
Product preventing oligomers, can be applied in the dybath as well as for aftertreatment. The dissolved oligomers are
dispersed and drained with the liquor. The main application field is the beam dyeing and circulation liquor machine.

Alkyl polyglycol ether
Dyeing auxiliary for universal application. SARABID 200 LL mainly serves as dyeing auxiliary, but also has good washing,
wetting and dispersing capacities. SARABID 200 LL is advantageously applied for:
-dyeing PAN with basic dyestuffs
-dyeing fibre mixtures of PAN/Wo, PAN/Co and PAN/PES as well as half wool

SARAPOL DLU-T(a liq)
Aromatic esters and hydrocarbons
SARAPOL DLU-T is a dyeing accelerator for dyeing PES and PES mixtures with good emulsion satability and good
levelling capacity. It can be easily eliminated in biological sewage treatment plants.

SARAPOL 349 U(n niq)
Carboxylic acid ester
Dyeing accelerator for dyeing polyester fibres and polyester fibre mixtures.
SARAPOL 349 U already gives satisfying colour intensification at boiling temperatures;its main application field is in the
HT range above 106¡É, however. A distinct levelling capacity is found at all temperatures and therefore SARAPOL 349 U
is also suitable to even out faulty dyeings. Soiling of the wool when dyeing PES/wool is low. The light fastnesses are not
impaired.

SILKOBLANC BN(a pow)
Mixture of inorganic and organic salts
Auxiliary for degumming silk. Depending on the application amount and procedure the silk can be degummde quickly and
completely or only partially. Silk degummed with SILKOBLANC BN gets the typical silk handle. The application is very
inexpensive and can be applied discontinuously or continuously.

SUBITOL DM(n liq)
Combination of various fatty alcohol ethoxylates
SUBITOL DM is a low-foaming rapid wetting agent especially for application in continuous acid demineralization on
cellulose fibres of all kinds. Apart from its high wetting effect, SUBITOL DM has a very good washing and emulsifing
property.
Application quantities:
Continuous procedure:2.0-5.0g/l SUBITOL DM
and 2.0-10.0g/l HEPTOL EMG
Discontinuous procedure: 1.0-2.0g/l SUBITIL DM
and 2.0-3.0g/l HEPTOL EMG
SUBITOL LS-N(a p pas)
Synergetic mixture of surfactants
Low-foaming rapid wetting agent with high cleaning power.
Can be applied universally except for mercerization and carbonizing. Its excellent wetting effect is mostly independent or
the pH-value and temperature.
0.2-1.0g/l SUBITOL LS-N in long liquor
1.0-2.0g/l SUBITOL LS-N in padding liquor
SUBITOL MEZ-N(a liq)
Sulphated alcohols
Wetting agent for mercerising and caustic treatment which has an optimum wetting effect and high stability to caustic
soda in NaOH 19-13¡ÆBe¡Ç. SUBITOL MEZ-N has a low-foaming adjustemnt.
2-5 g/l SUBITOL MEZ-N, the higher concentraton is necessary for mercerization in the grey.
SUBITOL MLF(a liq)
Sulphated alcohols
The low-foaming mercerising and caustic wetting agent has the highest wetting power in NaOH23-33¡£Be¡Ç. The
application of SUBITOL MLF is recommended if the caustic soda is recuperated by vaporization.
2-5g/l SUBITOL MLF, the higher application amount is recommended for mercerization in the grey.
SUBITOL RNC(a liq)
Special sulphonates
Low-foaming, silicone-free rapid wetting agent with a good washing effect. Can be applied for pre-wetting of cotton and
for other kinds of fibres in pre-washing, bleaching and dyeing baths.
There is no retarding effect towards dyestuffs. Due to its low-foaming character it is suitable for jet and overflow deing
machines.
1.0-2.0g/l SUBITOL RNC in long liquor
2.0-5.0g/l SUBITOL RNC in padding liquors
SUBITOL SAN NEW(a liq)
Phosphoric acid ester
Low-foaming rapid wetting agent. High wetting effect in hot and cold liquors. SUBITOL SAN NEW can be easily user for
reactive, vat and direct dyeings. It has no retarding effect.
Due to its low-foaming character it can be applied on jet and overflow dyeing machines.
