POLYAVIN PEN(n liq)
Secondry polyethylene emulsion
POLYAVIN PEN is a non-ionic sewing additive and raising softener. Besides the usual properties of a secondary
polyethylene emulsion, this product is especially suitable as sewing additive for all kinds of fibres. Even when applying
POLYAVIN PEN to very fine meshed goods, the number of mesh breakages is considerably reduced or totally
prevented.
The handle of the goods is pleasantly soft.

Lubrication for texturized PES sewing yarn.
POLYAVIN TEX imparts excellent gliding and running properies and good sewabillity to the sewing thread by decreasing
the friction coeffcient. There is a uniform and narrow friction value curve also when the testhing speed of the stick slip
effect is very low.
Because of the high silicone portion I POLYAVIN TEX the finish has a thermal stability even using high-speed industrial
sewing machinges.

b) Top quality:10.0-15.0% POLYAVIN TEX

Synergetic mixture of silicone, special dlifing agents and sntistatics
Finish for man-made fibre sewing threads and core sewing threads in the dyeing bath or fresh bath. Optimum low
coefficients of friction and stick slip.
Total bath exhaustion at 60-65กษ.
6-15% POLYAVIN 20 F in the exhaust process
POLYAVIN 2000(c liq)
Syergetic mixture of silicones, special gliding agents and antistatics
Finish for man-made fibre sewing threads and core sewing threads in the dyeing bath or fresh bath. Total bath
exhaustion at 70-75กษ, therefore suitable for higher starting temperatures. Remains liquid at storage temperatures of 40กษ
and above.

PRECAT 3005(c liq)
Cationic polymer, formaldehyde-free
PRECAT 3005 is used for cationic treatment of cotton to enable a subsequent dyeing with pigment dyestuffs in the
exhaust method. The pigment dyestuffs(liquid type) must be anionically dispersed.

Crosslinking agent for the esay-care finish of cellulose fibres and mixtures with synthetics.
Proper application allows for very low formaldehyde contents on the fabric so that Öko-Tex Standard 100 is

Very reactive crosslinking agent for resin finishings stable to washing at the boil. The product has a low amount of
formaldehyde and outstanding drying and wet crease anles, "wash and wear effects"and very good shrinkage properties
with a good degree of whiteness.

RETINOL M(n liq)
Combination of polyfunctional nitrogens
RETINOL M may be used for complete stripping of dyeings in blind vat and for brightening of dyeings which turmed out
too black. Good stripping and brightening effects are mainly achieved with vat, sulphur, direct and reactive dyestuffs.
RETINOL M is also applied for washing our prints, whereas staining of the white can be effectively prevented due to its
strong dyestuff affinitive character.

natural and regenerated cellulose fibres.
REWIN ACP complies with the very high fastness demands which are made to a cationic aftertreatment agent today.

REWIN DWR is applied as na aftertreatment agent to improve the washing fastness of dyeings and prints with reactive
dyestuffs on cellulose fibres.
With REWIN DWR it is especially possible to improve the washfastness of difficult dyeings with reactive turquoise green
and reactive green dyeings in 60กษ washing with household washing agents and washing agents containing perborate.
