Combination of organic and inorganic substances 
PESOFIX WM is a a filling and weighting agent with soft handle properies and is mainly applied to wools and wool mictures.
Application takes place on the padding mangle.

Synergetic mixture of silicones, special gliding agents and antistatic agents
Lubrication of sewing and embroidery yams on the lick roller or by means of dosing pump. It is an optimum compromise between active content and viscosity and therefore only low tendency of thickening caused by water evaporation.

Paraffin emulsion with special fatty acid condensates
Special product for smoothness of the yarn. If POLYAVIN CR is applied in the exhaust method from a separate bath, it improves the gliding property of knit yarns so that those yarns can be easily processed into textiles. Besides, the product imparts a soft handle to the yarns.

Synergetic mixture of silicones, special glinding agents and antistatics
The lubricatn is suifable for one-bath dyeing and lubrication of PES and PES/cotton core sewing yarn according to DE-PS3.500.168, EP-AS 187.136 and US-PS 4.583.987.

Lubrication of sewing yarns on the lick roller, in the dipping method or by means of dosing pumps.
4-5% dry layer
If necessary, the product is also available in a more concentrated form as POLYAVIN ANG 35 and POLYAVIN ELA 47.

Synergetic mixture of silicones, special gliding agents and antistatics
Lubrication of coarse denier linen and core sewing yarns according to the dippin-squeezing method with subsequent brush polishing. The product is mostly applied together with NORAPPRET LE.

Additive for resin finishing, non-yellowing softener. Thanks to its high melting point the product gyarantees a good fastness to washing and dry cleaning.

POLYAVIN NJ 250(a liq)

Primary polyethulene emulsion
Additive for resin finishing. POLYAVIN NJ 250 imparts a full and soft handle to the textiles treated with it and improves the tear strength, the abrasion resistance and the thensile strength as well as the handle, especially in combination with reactive resins.

POLYAVIN OV(n liq)

Oxethylation product
Fibre-reactive lubrication to prevent problems caused by oligomers. POLYAVIN OV is applied for afteratment of dyed polyester yarn, especially of textured yarns. The product binds the oligomers set free during the dyeing process and thus prevents the threads from dusting during the furether working process.
1.5-3.0g/l POLYAVIN OV in the reductive cleaning
0.5-2.0g/l POLYAVIN OV in the after-lubrication(for light colours)

POLYAVIN PE 35(no liq)

Organo-modified silicone oil
Water-free lubrication of sewing yarns at room temperature.
2-5% POLYAVIN PE 35 on unheatable lick rollers

POLYAVIN PEK(c liq)

High-melt polyethylene emulsion
Lubricant and softener. It is applied to imporove the sewability and briliancy in combination with a mechanical treatment or to improve the raising capacity, especially of PES or PES/triace-tate.
Exhaust method: 1-3% POLYAVIN PEK
Pad mangle: 10-20g/l POLYAVIN PEK
