LUSTRAFFIN A 66(c liq)

Paraffin emulsion containing synthetic meterial and special fatty acid condensation products
Special product for yarn lubticaton. This finishing agent gives knitted and woven yarns good gliding properties which are necessary to achieve textile surfaces. The product also imparts a soft handle to the yarn. LUSTRAFFIN A 66 is applied in the exhaust procedure atter bleaching or dyeing the yarn.
1-3% LUSTRAFFIN A 66

LUSTRAFFIN AMT(c liq)

Emulsion of special gliding agent;paraffin-free
Special product for yarn smoothening. LUSTRAFFIN AMT increases the smoothness of the yarns so that the processes of knitting and weaving are improved remarkably. The product is applied in a fresh bath after bleaching or dyeing. The product is drier resistant and has no tehdency towards migration.
1-35 LUSTRAFFIN AMT

LUSTRAFFIN BA(c liq)

Paraffin emulsion containing synthetic material
Special product for yarn luvrication. The produt serves as lubricant to increase the gliding properties for bleached or dyed yams and thus ensures further processing in knitting processes.
It is applied in a separate bath in the exhaust procedure.
1-3% LUSTRAFFIN BA

LUSTRAFFIN BU(n liq)

Paraffin emulsion
Special product for yarm lubrication. LUSTRAFFIN BU improves the gliding properties of knitted yarns which is required for good processing properties of such yarns. LUSTRAFFIN BU is applied in a separate bath in the exhaust procedure.
2-3% LUSTRAFFIN BU

LUSTRAFFIN GPF(c liq)

Paraffin emulsion
Special prodyuct for yarn smoothening. LUSTRAFFIN GPF improves the gliding properties of knitted yarns. Application takes place in a fresh bath after bleaching or dyeing. The knittability of such treated yarns is improved to a large extent.
1-3% LUSTRAFFIN GPF

LUSTRAFFIN U(n/c liq)

Emulsion of special gliding agents, free of paraffin
Special biodegradable product for yarn smoothening in the exhaust procedure. The yarns get a certain degree of sotf handle and antistatic effect, colour shades and fastnesses are not impaired, no migration and extremely low volatility when drying.
1-3% LUSTRAFFIN U

MEROPAN ASC(no liq)

Special reduction agent
MEROPAN ASC is used to destroy the remaining peroxide after bleaching. It destroys the remaining peroxide quickly and quantitatively after the prebleach which reduces the number of rinsing baths.
1.0-1.5%  MEROPAN ASC

MEROPAN BRE(no liq)

Inorganic salt
MEROPAN BRE is applied for two step oxidative bleaching and dyeing of reactive dyestuffs on cellulose fibres in one bath. It quantitatively desrtoys the peroxide which remains after the bleach and thus it is possible to add dyestuff to the same liquor and to dye. This process technique is especially interesting when reactive hot dyeing processes are used.
A little surplus of MEROPAN BRE does nor impair the dyeing that follows. The application quantity of MEROPAN BRE is usually twice as much as the existing remaining amount of residual peroxide, referring to H202, The necessary quantity of MEROPAN BRE can be assessed exactly if you know the remaining amount of peroxide resp. when determining this by titation.

MEROPAN CIT(a liq)

Organic/inorganic buffer mixture
Buffer for PES dyeing with a high binding capacity of heavy metal ions.
0.5-2.0g/l MEROPAN CIT

MEROPAN CIT 2(no liq)

Organic/inorganic buffer mixture with sequestering properties MEROPAN CIT 2 is used in dyebaths and printing paster. In these processes it can replace acids, acid salts and phosphate buffers. Acid to neutral pH-values are adjusted to be stable.
Increasing temperatures do not change the pH-value. The buffer system is free of phosphate.
MEROPAN CIT 2 forms complexes with heavy metal ions and prevents shade deviations when using dyestuffs sensitive to copper or iron.

MEROPAN DPE(a liq)

Polycarboxylic acid with modified phosphonates
MEROPAN DPE is a protective colloid with sequestering properties for hardening agents when prewashing and dyeing cellulose and cellulose fibre mixtures. It disperses the insoluble cotton accompanying substances in the alkaline liquors.
Dyestuffs containing metal are not stripped.
MEROPAN DPE is non-foaming and has no dyestuff retaining property.
1-4g/l MEROPAN DPE

MEROPAN EF(n liq)

Special esters
Acid donor when dyeing polyamide and wool. MEROPAN EF is evenly and slowly saponified in an aqueous medium during the heating and boiling phass of the dyeing process. The acids being released in this way reduce the pH-value and the dyeing rete gradyally increases. This manner of pH-control makes it possible to obtain even dyeings which are even improved by applying a suitable levelling agent at the same time(e.g.C12, KERIOLAN A2N).
0.5-2งข/ MEROPAN EF

MEROPAN EW(a liq)

Proteolysis product
Fibre protecting and levelling agent for wool dyeing If used in the dyeing bath, MEROPAN EW prevents accompanying substances soluble in water from being removed from the wool. The characteristic features of the wool(softness, lustre and elasticity)are thus preserved.
Furthermore, the levelling behaviour of the wool dyestuffs is improved.
2-3% MEROPAN EW
