FELOSAN NOF(n liq)

Fatty alcohol ethoxylate
Low-foaming stain remover and washing agent, free of APEO FELOSAN NOF has a very distinct emulsifying capacity for oil and fat stains, a high wetting capaciuty and very good washing capacity. The product is universally applicable for all fibres.
Due to its low-foaming capacity, FELOSAN NOF can also be used on washing machines with high turbulences.
Application amounts:
2.0-3.0% for discontinuous washing
20-50g/l for pad procedures

FELOSAN NOG has a distint emulsifying capacity for oil and fat stains, a high wetting capacity and very good washing capacity. The product is universally applicable for all fibres.
Due to the fact that FELOSAN NOG doesn't form any gel, it is very suitable for automatic dosing units where chemicals and textile auxiliaries are transported through one pipe after another and rinsed with water inbetween.

FELOSAN RG-N(n liq)

Mixture of fatty alcohol ethoxylates
FELOSAN RG-N is a low-foaming emulsifying agent which is preferably applied for removal of natural and synthetic fatty substances. It is suitable for continuous and discontinuous procedures and makes removal of knitting oils and knitting frame oils from textiles easier without adding any solcents.

Selected ethylene oxide addition products
Low-foaming washing and stain removing agent, containing APEO. Can be used for washing all kinds of fibres. Excellent emulsifying properties of fats and oils.

HEPTOL EMG(a liq)

Synergetic mixture of different phosphonates
HEPTOL EMG is a very acid sequestering agent with a high pH buffering property which is used in acid demineralization and in acid dyeing baths. The advantages of HEPTOL EMG compared to other acids such as aceic, formic, hydrochloric or oxalic acid, which are also used for this field, are as follows:
-not steam volatile, therefore no disturbing odours and no corrosion of factory halls and conduit pipes
-no formation of insoluble salts, e.g. calcium sulphate or oxalate
-no corrosive effect on stainless steel
-even if the pH changes to the alkaline medium the sequestering effect is maintained, this means that it is possible to demineralize in one bath and to bleach after the pH has changed;HEPTOL EMG then acts as stabilixer.

HEPTOL ESW(a liq)

Posphonate
HEPTOL ESW acts as sequestrant with an oustanding binding capacity towards hardening agents and heavy metals, regardless of temperature. It can also be applied for dyeing because the metal ion is more rtable in the dyestuff complex than the HEPTOL ESW metal complex. Nevertheless, we recommend preliminary trials with the dyestuff which is used. The main application field is peroxide and thus combines the advantages of a stabilizer with sequestering properies.

HEPTOL KEB(a liq)

Phosphonate

HEPTOL KEB is a sequestering agent with very high binding capacity of hardening agents and heavy metal ions and can be used for all pretreatment processes, in continuous and discontinuous processes. Due to the peroxide stabilizing effect of HEPTOL KEB, it can act as stabilizer and enables a geentle bleaching process.

HEPTOL NWS acts as
-sequestering agent which mainly eliminates hardening agents
-dispersing agent and detergent booster;HEPTOL NWS avoids the reabsorption of separated secondary substances and of non-fixed dyestuff remainders and it increases the washing power of detergents
-soaping agent for fast soaping of vat, sulphuric and naphthol dyeings

 HEPTOL NX(a liq)

Mixture of phosphonates and polyacrylates
Sequestering agent for universal application
HEPTOL NX has very good sequestering properties of alkaline earth and heavy metal ions in the alkaline medium and excellent dispersing properties of insolunle mineral compounds such as alkaline earth silicates, carbonates and hydroxides. HEPTOL NX can also be used in dyeing liquors because the sequestering agent will not attack the metal inos responsible for shade and fastness linked in dyestuff molecule. An amout of 0.175g/l HEPTOL NX is necessary to mask 1¡£pH(German hardness) at pH 10.0 Due to its excellent dispersing property, HEPTOL NX is an effectivee component in all washing recipes because it clearly improves the pigment washing capaity of all surfactants.

HEPTOL TGA(a liq)

Mixture of hydroxycarboxylic acids and their salts
HEPTOL TGA is a special sequestering agent for alkaline pretreatment with an excellent heavy metal binding capacity and high dispersing power. HEPTOL TGA cannot be used in liquors containing oxidizing agents.

1-10g/l in continuous processes, depending on the metal content
