DENIMCOL RT(a liq)

Emusified fat compound
Concentrated lubricant and crease preventing agent for universal application in the finishing of denim articles as well as in2y good gliding proprerties; feared crease marks are avoided.
Zippers, rivets and buttons of the clothes are covered with a protective film when usig DENIMCOL RT.
0.5-1.0g/l DENIMCOL RT desizing or pre-washing of denim articles
max. 3.0g/l DENIMCOL RT dyeeing of garments from cotton

DENIMCOL WN(n liq)

Modified fatty alcohol ethoxylates
DENIMCOL WN is especially applied for denim articles as low-foaming, APEO-free washing agent with high washing and cleaning performance and good wetting properties. The enzyme activities are not impaired by the product. DENIMCOL WN can already be added to the desizing liquor for emulsifying size fats and as wetting and washing agent in enzymatic and/or stone washing of denim articles.

EGASOL AME(n/a liq)

Mixture of aliphatic esters
Non-foaming and APEO-free levelling and washing agent for dyeing polyester in the HT-range.
Application quantity:1.0-2.0% EGASOL AME
EGASOL AME does not contain any phthalates.

EGASOL AS NEW(no liq)

Inorganic buffer solution
EGASOL AS NEW is used as an alkail donor for reactive dying on cotton and cotton mixtures. It allows for best possible pH control throughout the entire dyeing process.
Approx. 1.5-3.5g/l EGASOL AS NEW depending on colour depth

EGASOL MFA(n liq)

Aromatic carboxylic acid ester with non-ionic emulsifiers.
EGASOL AS NEW is a low-foaming levelling agent free of APEO for HT-dyeings of polyester. Moreover, it has an excellent dispersing capacity and prevents agglomeration of disperse dyestuffs.
1-2% EGASOL MFA

EGASOL SP(a liq)

Special oxo-combination with emulsifiers
Levelling and penetration agent for HT-dyeings of polyester according to the rapid dyeing method. EGASOL SP has excellent dispersing properties and prevents agglomeration of dyestuffs.
1-2g/l EGASOL SP

EGASOL WFE(a liq)

Aromatic ester with ethoxylates
Levlling agent for PES with remarkable washing properties in HT processes. Lubrication or spooling oils on the fibres are emulsified and dispersed in such a way during dyeing that no marks remain.
2-3g/l EGASOL WFE

EGASOL PR(a liq)

Combination product containing silicone
Raising finish for polyester. This product imprts a high elasticity to the fabric, good antistatic properties and a full handle.
EGASOL PR can act as a separating agent in following laminating processes or impair the adhesion. For this special case we recommend our combination
LUSTRAFFIN S 8/POLYAVIN PEN.
Application quantities : 15-20g/l EGASOL PR for dry fabric and a liquor take-up of 70-90%

EGASOL RM(a/n pas)

Fatty acid polyglycol ester
Raising lubrication for articles of polyamide and 21/2 acetate fibres.
The product gives the fabric a soft and bulky handle and good antistatic properties. EGASOL RM does not cause any change of shade on dyed material;white material and pastel shades do not yellow.
30-40g/l EGASOL RM wet on wet.

EGASOL STM(n pas)

Sulphated fatty substance
Raising softener, emery lubrication and finishing fat for cellulose fibres.
Raising lubrication:10-30g/l EGASOL STM
Shear plush finishing: 2-4g/l EGASOL STM

FELOSAN APF(n liq)

Modified fatty alcohol ethoxylates
Low-foaming, APEO-free detergent. Excellent washing and cleaning power. The product is suitable for discontinuous and continuous washing and bleaching processes.
1-3g/l FELOSAN APF for discontinuous washing
0.1-2% FELOSAN APF for continuous washing

FELOSAN FDO NEW(a liq)

Emulsified terpene hydrocarbon
Fat solvent and wet stain removing agent. Very good dissolving properties of oils. fats and other preparations. Due to its biodegradability the product can be used where other detergents containing solvents cannot be used because of the soiling of the waste water.
1.0-4.0g/l FELOSAN FDO NEW in dicontinuous washing
30.0-150.0g/l FELOSAN FDO NEW in pad procedures

FELOSAN JET(n/a liq)

Modified fatty alcohol ethoxylate
Low-foaming washing and wetting agent.
FELOSAN JET has a very high washing and cleaning performance besides its good wetting property. Therefore, FELOSAN JET is well suited to wash and clean all fibre types.
The product is low-foaming without a silicone-containing defoaming system so that it can be applied on washing machines and discontinuos dyeing machines with high turbulences. Since the activities of bacterial compounds and pancreas amylases are not impaired by FELOSAN JET, it can be added as wetting agent and for emulsifying size fats to desizing liquors.
