COTOBLANC EXT(a/n liq)

APEO-free ethoxylate, anionic surfactant and sequestering agent
COTOBLANC EXT is a universal washing/wettin and extraction product for the entire pretreatment of cellulose articles articles and mixtures. COTOBLANC EXT has a high sequestering capacity which avoids precipitaions and deposits of hardening agents and catalytic damages caused by heavy metals in the peroxide bleach. The surfactants contained improve the washability of the fibre secondary sybstance and prevent the reabsorption of the alreay removed soilings. Moreover, the dispersing capacity and the peroxide stabilizing effect in presence of magnesium ions has to be underlined.

COTOBLANC HTD-N(a liq)

Modified alkane sulphonate with sequestering agents, very stable to electrolytes, non-foaming
COTOBLANC HTD-N is a special product for discontinuous and continuous alkali pretreatment and cayustic treatment. Its alkaline stability at 20กษ goes up to 280g/l NaOH 100%/.
The product has wetting, washing and soil suspending properties. The sequestering properties avoid problem caused by hardening agents and catalysts.
COTOBLANC HTD-N is a purely anionic product and can be washed out completely. Therefore HTD-N is very appropriate for bandage and hydrophobic articles which must be free of residula surfactants.
2-5g/l for discontinuous processes

COTOBLANC NSR(a pow)

Mixture of organic and inorganic compounds
COTOBLANC NSR was developed especially for fast-soaping of reactive dyeing. It pushes our non-fixed parts of the dye stuff which stick to the surface and keeps them in the soaping liquor. Thus a reabsorption can be prevented effectively.
COTOBLANC NSR is low-foaming, therefore it can be used on all ranges.

Colloidal system free of surfactants
Special non-foaming product for fast soaping of dyeings which require good household washing fastnesses. COTOBLANC RS is able to remove non-fixed dyestuff from the goods as well as dyestuffs adhering on the surface, to disperse them and to prevent them from reaborption.

COTOBLANC RS Liq. is used to soap reactive, vat, sulphur and naphthol fast dyeings. As a liquid product, COTOBLANC RS Liq. is mainly suitable for application in continuous ranges.

1.0-1.5g/l COTOBLANC RS Liq. at a liquor ratio >1:10

COTOBLANC TAA(a liq)

Fatty acid condensate with anionic surfactant
COTOBLANC TAA has excellent washing, soil suspending properties and wetting properties, even at higher alkali concentrations. The alkali stability is up to 240g/l caustic soda at 20กษ.
Application amounts:
Discontinuous procedure : 0.5-1.0% COTOBLANC TAA
Continuous procedure : 3.0-5.0g/l COTOBLANC TAA

COTOBLANC 2000(n liq)

Modified oxethylate
Low-foaming, APEO-free detergent. Washing and cleaning agent for all kinds of fibres. Especially appropriate for under-liquor bleach on continuous jets, continuous winch kecks and other kinds of under-liquor stores.

DENIMCOL BLE(no pow)

Special oxidation agent
Bleaching agent for lndigo dyeings which fulfills the requirements of environmentally friendly processes.
DENIMCOL BLE is a bleaching agent free of halogen and glucose or any derivations. The bleaching process is gentle to the fibre in a weakly acid pH-range(3.5-4.5). Low pH-values and usual bleaching temperatures between 75 and 80กษ give low shrinking values which have a positive influence to the dimensional stability. The colour shade and contrasting can be controlled through appropriate pH changes and stabilized by after-scouring.
0.5-5.0% DENIMCOL BLE depending on the bleaching effect.

DENIMCOL BS(a/n liq)

Condensation product
DENIMCOL BS has an excellent dispersing capacity together with a high soil suspending property. DENIMCOL BS is therefore especially applied in the afterwashing of blue-denim articles. The back-staining is successfully avoided on the white weft yarm so that a very good white/blue contrast is obtained.
If DENIMCOL BS is applied after an enzymatic treatment of indigo dyed denim articles, the product has an enzyme-inhibiting effect.
2-4g/l after-scouring of jeans articles dyed with indigo and treated with cellulase with an enzyme stop

DENIMCOL  DMV(no liq)

Polymer Amide
DENIMCOL  DMV is applied as multi-functional, foam-free crease preventing agent for denim articles. Due to the increase in liquor viscosity DENIMCOL  DMV prevents crease formation.
Denim artcles then have better gliding properties, have a lower tendency of forming creases and are better laid because thers is less mechanical friction and less mechanical load.
Thus DENIMCOL  DMV effectively avoids light washing streaks.
1-2g/l DENIMCOL  DMV in long liquors(>1:10)
2-3g/l DENIMCOL  DMV in short liquors(<1:10)

DENIMCOL  MK(n liq)

Fatty alcohol ethoxylate
DENIMCOL  MK reducess the back-staining behaviour of blue-denim qualities during the stonewash treatment. Weft threads and inside pockets soiled with indigo are cleaned in the after scouring process.
