CHT-FIBRE PROTECTION PA 6 is a fibre protection agent for polyamide which protects polyamide fibres from an
oxidative attack during peroside bleaching. If CHT-FIBRE PROTECTION PA 6 is used, the tensile strengrh and elongation
will not decrease. Application amounts:

Padding auxiliary for continuous dyeings on cellulose fibres and cellulose fibre mixtures.
COLORCANTIN NKF is used as penetration and deaerating agent for all continuous processes including the cold pad
batch procedure, pad jig processes and deaeration of yarn packages. Highest efficency is the cold range and up to
40กษ. COLORCANTIN NKF is compatible with reactive, vat, direct, sulphur and dispersion dyestuffs. It does not act
retarding and is low-foaming.

Combination of surfactants with specific effect
Auxiliary to prevent frosting in continuous PA-carpet dyeing.
It improves wetting through of the material and evenness of the dyeing. Mainly used for single colours. Furthe application
fields:dyeing of cotton velvet, and chlorinated wool.

Fibre affinitive levelling agent for polyamide dyeing if material tends to become streaky. Material differences are levelled
out very well.

CONTAVAN CLO Powder(a liq)
Buffer micture
CONTAVAN CLO Powder is a stabilizer for discontinuous and continuous bleaching with Na-chlorite.
-it stabilizes the activated chlorite
-it keeps the pH-value constant during bleaching due to its buffering power.
-it inhibits the formation of chlorine dioxide and the unpleasant odour connected therewith.

CONTAVAN GAL(a liq)
Organic chelate former based on hyfroxycarboxylic acids CONTAVAN GAL is a stabilizer stable to alkali for the peroxide
bleach. The product produces non foaming bleaching liquors and can be applied for bleaching procedures with and
without silicate of soda.
CONTAVAN GAL has excellent peroxide stabilizing properties in the presence of catalytic heavy metals such as iron,
copper and manganese.
CONTAVAN TEB(a liq)
Synergetic compound of various phosphonates
CONTAVAN TEB is a peroxide stabilizer which has no surface activity and is suitable for all continuous processes such
as pad-steam, pad-roll, pad-batch and under liquor systems with and without addition of silicate and long liquor
procedures.
Because of its dispersing and sequestering properties, difficulties in the bleaching bath due to hardening agents and
catalysts are eliminated and filtration problems that can mainly arise due to packages in the creel are avoided. We
recommend an additional hardening of the bleaching bath with magnesium inos because of the high binding capacity.

CONTAVAN TIG(a liq)
Organic chelate former based on polycarboxylic acids
CONTAVAN TIG is a peroxide stabilizer very stable to alkali and has an excellent stabillzing effect, disperse effect and a
high sequestering capacity towards catalysts and agents causing hardness of water. CONTAVAN TIG is especially
suitable when bleaching without silicate of soda and if highly reinforced feeding liquors are required.

CONTAVAN TX 5(a liq)
Mixture of chelate forming compounds
CONTAVAN TX 5 is a peroxide stabilizer with very high heavy metal and alkaline earth binding capcaities. CONTAVAN TX
5 is especially suitable for bleaching with silicate of soda. The composition of this product allows for easy bleaching
without precipitations/deposits if silicate of soda is present.
Stabilization with CONTAVAN TX 5 can be done in long liquors as well as with the continuous process.
0.5-1% for discontinuous bleaching processes
3-6% for continuous bleaching processes
CONTAVAN VAN(a liq)
Organic chelate forming agent, dispersing agent and crystal inhibitors in combination with special silicates. Peroxide
stabilizing agent for alkaline peroxide bleaching procedures.
CONTAVAN VAN contains special silicates that have a better buffering capacity than conventional water-glass. The
contained crystallization inhibitors prevent silicate crusts on machines and heat exchangers. CONTAVAN VAN has a
universal application on all bleaching procedures.
Application amounts:
discontinuous:1.0-1.5%
continuous: 5.0-10g/l and adding magnesium ions
