Modified cellulase
Cellulase for enzymatic stone wash processes and for wash-out effects on ready-made parts. Its broad efficiency
spectrum between 40 and 45กษ allows for variable recipe formulations. Back-staining is very low;only low application
quantities are required because of is high enzyme acrivity.

BIAVIN BPA(no liq)
Polymer amides
BIAVIN BPA is a universally applicable crease preventing agent and lubricant. Sensitive qualities have better gliding
properties and have a lower tendency to form creases if there is less mechanical friction and less mechanical load.
BIAVIN BPA increases the liquor viscosity and therefore more liquor adheres to the produt. The produt is foam-free and
can be applied on all machines in the cellulose dye plant and for all blends.
0.5-2.0g/l BIAVIN BPA in long liquor

BIAVIN TCC(no liq)
Polywthylene emulsion
Crease preventing agent and lubricant for cellulose fibres and cellulosoe fibre mixtures. BIAVIN TCC is low-foaming and
can be used in the dyeing plant on all machines.
Application amounts : 0.5-2.0g/l BIAVIN TCC
BIAVIN 109(a liq)
Emulsified fat compound
Concentrated gliding agent and crease preventing ageent especially for cotton dyeing. Dyeing machines can carry a
higher load or the liquor ratio may be reduced which reflects in considerable salt, alkali and energy sacings. BIAVIN 109
has no effect on shade and colur depth. Since it is resistant to ascids, BIAVIN 109 can also be used in one-bath dyeing
of fibre blends with reactive, acid or disperse dyes.
A stock solution can be prepared.

Emulsfied fat compound
BIAVIN SF is used as gliding agent and crease preventing agent in cotton dyeing
because of its low foaming character.
Due to its stability to acid it is possible to use BIAVIN SF in one-bath dyeing
of fibre blends with reactive, acid or disperse dyestuffs.

C 12(a liq)
Synergetic mixture of anionic and non-ionic components
Levelling agent for dyeing polyamide and wool with acid dyestuffs, 1:2 metal complex dyestuffs and direct dyestuffs.
Due to the high migration power of C 12 combined with an excellent levelling effect on physical differences in the fibre
when strerching, the product is also suited as levlling agent against stripes.

Levelling agent for streaky-dyed polyamide material
When using C 14, preliminary boiling is unnecessary. This not only pertains to acid dyestuffs, but also to stronger
marking substantive dyestuffs.

CHT-ANTIFOAM MI 100 can be applied for pretreatment as well as for all dyeing processes. The product can be esily
diluted, can be added at temperatures up to approx.
70กษ and remains liquid at storage temperatures of 40กษ and above.
