BEIFLOC CV(c liq)

Condensation product containing nitrogen
Flocculant for dicoloration of coloured waste water in textile finishing.
BEIFLOC CV has a high affinity to anionic dyestuffs and is applied for the removal of anionic dyestuffs, mainly reactive dyestuffs and their hydrolysates.
Through sedimentation and filtration in suitable plants, the precipitated dyestuffs are removed from the waste water.

Desizing agent
Oxidative desizinf agent mainly for continuous alkali pretreatment and bleach. It is preferable used for cold bleach instead of a separate enzymatic desize or to improve the desizing effect.

BEISOL HTS(no liq)

Heat-stabilized bacterial amylase
BEISOL HTS is an enzymatic product which decomposes starch not only at temperatures normally used for desizing processes(65-70¡É)but also at boliing temperatures. Dus to this heat stability, the application of BEISOL HTS is not limited to short time processes(e.g.pad-steam process with 1 min. steaming time), but ir can also be applied on ranges which need a longer reaction time(e.g.combi-steamer, jigger).

Bacterial amylase
BEISOL LZV is used for the decomposition of starch size.
It is a highly concentrated bacterial amylase which is most effective between 65 and 70¡É and a pH-range of
5.4-8.0

BEISOL T 2090(no liq)

Bacterial amylase
BEISOL T 2090 is a special enzyme for desizing in the entire temperature spectrum. The product is preferably applied in long liquors. Due to the high temperature stability, BEISOL T 2090 can also be used for desizing on continuous washing machines.
Application amounts:
1.0-3.0g/l in long liquors
2.0-4.0g/l for pad-steam processes, impregnation temperature 60-80¡É
3.0-5.0g/l for pad-steam processes, impregnation temperature 65-90¡É
2.0-3.0g/§¸ for dosing on washing machines

BEIXON AB(a liq)

Polyacrylate-copolymer with saccharides
Sequestering and dispersing agent for dyeig and pretreatment. Stabilizer for the hydrogen peroxide bleach.
BEIXON AB is free of phosphor and can also be used in case of very strict limit values for discharging phosphate into the waste water or when totally biodegradable sequestering agents are necessary. When dyening with destuffs containing metal, BEIXON AB has no demineralizinf effects.

BEIXON AB 200%(a liq)

BEIXON AB 200% is the double concentrated form of
BEIXON AB.

BEIXON ACID(a liq)

Mixture of mineral and carboxylic acids with sugar acrylic acid copolymers.
Sequestering agent for the acid demineralization, phosphor free and easily biodegradable.
BEIXON ACID is suitable for acid demineralization processes and as sequestering agent in acid dyeing processes. The product is nor steam volatile and therefore causes no corrosion to factory halls and pipeline systems by evaporation.
Application amounts :
discontinuous : 1.5-3.5%
continuos : 3.0-6.0g/l

BEIXON STAB(a liq)

Saccharide-containing polymere with carboxylic acids
Peroxide stabilizing agent, easily biodegradable, free of phosphor.
BEIXON STAB provides foam-free peroxide bleaching liquors because no surfactant is contained. The product possesses excellent stabilizing capacity and causes a controlled peroxide destruction due to its sequestering capacity towards heavy metal ions and thus the bleaching effect is gentle.
Application amounts :
discontinuous : 1.0-1.5%
continuous : 5.0-10g/l

BEIZYM N 100(n pow)

Cellulase
Modified cellulase with pH-buffer and dispersing agent
Depending on the application and procedure when washing bllue deim artcles, various stone-wash optics of indigo-dyed jeans articles are achieved. The built-in pH-buffer helps to achieve the opimum efficiency range of pH 6-8.
Best treatment temperature is between 50 and 55¡É. The special neutral cellulases and the dispersing agent help to keep back-staining very low.

BEIZYM UL(n liq)

Cllulases
Mixture of cellulases with broad application spectrum. The two main application fields are surface treatment of fabrics and knis as well as enzymatic treatment of blue-denim articles.
Fibrs fluff, chafe marks and pillings of textile surfaces are removed. BEIZYM UL is used for fibrillation of Lyocell fibres.
For treatment of blue-denim articles, BEIZYM UL is applied for all different kinds of enzymatic stone processes. Highest efficiency is at a pH-range between 4.5 and 5.5, treatment temperature is between 45 and 55¡É.

0.50-1.5% BEIZYM UL for blue-denim

BEIZYM X-1S(n gran)

Cellulase
Enzyme for washing jeans and for garment treatment. BEIZYM X-1S is a modified cellulase with a selective dispersing agent and a pH buffer. It is applied on indigo-dyed denim articles with and without pumice stones to achieve all different kinds of look. Highest efficiency is between pH4.0-6.5 where back-staining is very low and comparable with neutral cellulases. Highest efficiency is at 43¡É.
0.5-2.0% BEIZYM X-1S depending on the procedure.
