APPISTAN PMD(d liq)

Modified polyurethane
Polymer finishing agent for the padding mangle procedure.
APPISTAN PMD is an additive with multiple application for textiles in final finishimg. The product is self-crosslinking due to its chemical constitution and imparts very soft, bouncy films without the addition of special catalysts. APPISTAN PMD is used as additive in resin finishing to improve the crease resistance, as modiffier to achieve the crease resistance, as modifier to achievee interesting handle effects and as additive to improve technological properties(e.g.rubbing fastness, pilling etc.).
Padding mangle application:approx. 20-100g/l APPISTAN PMD
(liqor pick-up 60-80%)depending on the material and the desired effect.

APPISTAN PO(no liq)

Synthetic solution
APPISTAN PO is a finishing agent providing full to firm effects.
The product is universally applicable. Coloured goods treated with APPISTAN PO remain cleear, thers is no veeil formation.
Drying of fabrics treated with APPISTAN PO is carried out at usual temperatures. Fixing temperatures do nor affect the
APPISTAN PO finish.

Polyvinyl acetate dispersion
Finishing auxiliary for weighting finish for medium hard films, free of formaldhyde and therefore very suitable for support hosiery.
5-40g/l APPISTAN WT on the pad

APPISTAN BINDER RE(c liq)

Solvent-free, thermic, self-crosslinking dispersion binder based on acrylic acid ester.
APPISTAN BINDER RE is used for fixation of pigment dyeings in the continuous procedure to improve washing and rubbing fastness properties.
40-100g/l APPISTAN BINDER RE

APPISTAN 64(n/c liq)

Functional polysiloxane
Silicone elastomer to improve the handle of CEL, Wo and synthetic fibres and their mixture. Fabrics treated with APPISTAN 64 stand out for their soft, elasic handle with eclellent elastic force and highest improvement of seqability.
The product is sensitive to alkai and is preferably used for padding mangle procedures.
Padding mangle:10-30g/l APPISTAN 64, pH4.5-5.5

APPISTAN 100(a p pas)

Synthetic dispersion
Medium disperse dispersion based on polyvinyl acetate, gives full to stiff finishes. It can be used for all types of fibres and togethrer with other finishing agents, filling agents, softeners as well as with resin finishing agents. It is also suitable for gluing edges. The product can also be applied as a filling agent for light knitted goods also on the winch beck.
Handle and weighting finish:
Winch:  1-   3g/l APPISTAN 100
Pad :    1-  10g/l  APPISTAN 100
Stiff finish :
Pad :  10-200g/l APPISTAN 100 

APPISTAN 1088(n/c liq)

Modified polysiloxane
APPISTAN 1088 is a considerably non-yellowing preparation of a modified polysiloxanee for the final finishing of textile of a modified polysiloxane for the final finishing of textile fabrics. The product is stable to sublimation and can therefore also be directly applied to drying aggregates heated with gas.
APPISTAN 1088 stands out for its distinctly soft, smooth handle. It is preferably applied in padding mangle procedures.
Padding mangle : 10-30g/l APPISTAN 1088, pH 5-6(liquor pick-up 60-80%)

AVISTAT AZ(c pas)

Fatty acid condensation product
AVISTAT AZ is an anti-electrostatic agent with some softening properties. The obtained handle is full and voluminous.
AVISTAT AZ is suitable for all synthetic fibres.
The product is absorbed substantively. At a pH value between 5.0 and 6.0 AVISTAT AZ shows the best substantivity. When working continuously on the padding mangle, there is no need for a pH correction as substantivity is not required in such processes. During fixation the product diffuses in the fibre and the antistatic effect decreases.
1-   2% AVISTAT AZ for the exhaust method
5- 10g/l AVISTAT AZ for the padding method
1-1.5% AVISTAT AZ as a preparation for flocks or card sliver 

AVISTAT 3P(a liq)

Phosphoric acid ester
AVISTAT 3P gives excellent antistatic effects on synthetic fibres and imparts a neutral handle.
AVISTAT 3P does not cause yellowing, not even at high drying and fixing temperatures; the antistatic effect is not impaired through drying and fiexation processes. AVISTAT 3P does neither influence the shade nor the fastnesses of the dyeeings.
The product can ne combined with softenrs having suitable inonic character or finishing agents.

BEIFLOC ACL(a gran)

Modified polyacryl amide
Flocculant for dicoloration of coloured waste water in combination with cationic flocculants.
BEIFLOC ACL accelerates sedimentation of flocculated waste water components and leads to a higher dry substance content of the sludge.
An 0.1% solution of BEIFLOC ACL is added after dyeing depending on the amount of precipitated substance.
