ACRYPAL OE(no liq)

Aromatic ethers
Fixing accelerator for continuous dyeing of polyacrylonitrile/cellulose fibre mixtures. It improves the colour yield and penetration into the acrylic part. ACRYPAL OE is usually applied together with COLORCONTIN MBF 75.
up to   5g/l for light colours
up to 10g/l for medium colours
up to 15g/l for dark colours

ACRYPAL UZ 1031(n liq)

Aromatic ethers with emulsifiers
Fixation accelerator for cationic dyestuffs when dyeing
polyacrylonitrile fibres and mixtures. A rapid dyestuff fixation is achieved when dyeing discontinuously.
3-10 g/l discontinuous
5-20 g/l continuous

APYROL BKW(n liq)

Mixture of special phosphorus and sulphur compounds
Flame retardant for natural and regenerated cellulose fibres, wool and their blends.
For textiles of cellulose fibres APYROL BKW has the test mark PA-III, 1.37 of the"Institur fÜr Bautechmik "(institute for construction technique).

APYROL CSC(a p pas)

Flame retardant agent for backcoating upholstery according to BS 5852, foam application via knife coating or screen systems.
APYROL CSC coatings ate very soft. The foam litre weight can be chosen between 200 and 500g/l depending on the machinery.
The necessary application amount depends on the fabric strure and composition.

APYROL KIB CONC.(a pas)

Flame retardant agent for backcoating upholstery according to BS 5852, foam application via knife coating or screen systems.
Special product for effects stable to washing and dry cleaning.
The required application amount depends on the fibre structure and composition.

APYROL NR(a p pas)

Flame retardant agent for backcoating upholstery according to BS 5852, foam application vis knife coating or screen systems.
Optimal compromise between softhness of the coating and pile fixation. The required application quantity depends on the fabric structure and composition.

APYROL PA 1/PA 2(n pow)

Thiourea resin
Pemanent flame retardant for 100% polyamide 6 and 6.6. whick is preterably applied for padding mangle procedures.
Depending on the layer amount, different standatds are fulfilled.

APYROL PES(n liq)

Alkyl phosphonate
Permanent flame retardant for 100% polyester which is preferably applied for padding mangle procedures. Depending on the layer amount, different standards are fulfiled.

APYROL PPL 20(n liq)

Phosphor/nitrogen compound
Flame retardant agent for cellulose fibres which is preferably applied for padding mangle procedures.
Depending on the layer amount, different standatds are fulfilled.

APYROL PPL 60(no liq)

Product free of halogen and antimony for flame retardant finish of cellulose figbres for paddig mangle application.
The required application amount depends on the fabric weight, fibre composition, fabric structure and the flam retardant test standard to be met. The effect is non-permanent.

APYROL pvt-6(a p pas)

Combination of special binding agents with antimony oxide and organic halogen donors. APYROL PVT-6 is a special prodyct for the slop pad application. If appropriate amounts are applied. the requirements of BS 5852 are fulfiled.

APYROL RG-MR(a p pas)

Flame retardant agent for backcoating upholstery according to BS 5852, slop-pad application, syitable for weaving tchniques of high-grade fabrics, soft handle. The necessary application quantity for passing the BS 5852 must be determined through pretrials.

ARRISTAN AC(a liq)

Self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion
Finishing ageent for all types of fibres. It forms soft to medium hard films after thermal treatment. These films are not soluble in organic soivents and very resistant to washing at the boil.
ARRISTAN AC is very well suitable as auxiliary to prevent curling up on cut parts and also helps to reduce the tendency of piling.

ARRISTAN ACS(a liq)

Self-crosslinking acrylic dispersion
Same properties as ARRISTAN AC, the films after thermal treatment are however medium to hard.

ARRISTAN GW(n pas)

Mixture of synthetic dispersion containing no softener
Finishing agent for weighting finishes with good washing properties. High application quantities do not cause ARRISTAN GW to beecome stiff, it remains full and elastic. ARRISTAN GW has no yellowing effect on white goods. Thanks to its film formation properties, ARRISTAN GW is able to disperse not only additional finishing agents(like starch, glue or si,ilar products) but also filling material(kaolin e.g.)which are insoluble in water. It can then be dispersed homogeneously in pad liquors and fixed firmly without dystin. ARRISTAN GW has no substantivity, a certain filtering effect simulates the exhaust procedure.

2-10 g/l as filling agent for example for clothing material
10-50 g/l for cotton and linen articles
